Converting the interface files to run at 60 FPS only allows them to run at twice their original speed. In most cases this results in a smoother look. However, that is all that this tweak can do. It cannot solve any issues you have with the game, nor does it improve stability or fix bugs. Furthermore, I'll be releasing a tutorial in the near future for converting interface files to 60 FPS yourself. This is to prevent malicious uploads from being shared online with false claims. After all, the safest way of doing things is to learn to do them yourself.
Make sure to take a look at my other interface tweaks, Clean Menu and read up on my upcoming mod called Windows of Skyrim.

Follow the tutorial below if you'd like to make SkyUI, Better Dialogue Controls/MessageBox, or other interface mods run at 60 FPS or in a widescreen resolution.
I've used this mod, in the past, without any issues. I added it to the 186 mods currently on my Vortex, and it messed up SkyUI. I think someone below had this problem, too. I deleted it, and went back into the game, and SkyUI was up and running properly, again. I just wanted you to know about it ( you probably knew about it, anyway!). I have no idea why the mod would affect SkyUI.
YOU! Yes YOU, who are reading this comment! You don't know how much you need this mod, until you play with it and experience the difference. How do I know, you ask? Because I was once like YOU!
DO NOT download this if you run SkyUI, it will just simply break SkyUI. There is no "it could break SkyUI", it WILL break it. So look for a better alternative.
At the time of creating this mod, SkyUI did not allow redistributing and modifying its files. I'm not sure whether that has changed, or whether people simply upload their modified SkyUI files without permission. Since the UI files naturally overwrite each other, a compatibility patch was not possible. I posted a guide for converting the SkyUI files yourself, you could overwrite this mod with SkyUI's files (meaning SkyUI itself would not be running at 60FPS), or not use this particular mod. The plentitude of options has always been the strength of Skyrim's modding community.
For people having problems with getting this to work with SkyUI, make sure to extract its BSA file with something like Bethesda Archive Extractor or Cathedral Assets Optimizer, or even MO2 itself now if you use that. Loose files will always be used over whatever's stored in a BSA, which means SkyUI's conflicting files will be overwritten. After extraction, you'll notice there is now a marked conflict between them (if you use MO2), so make sure SkyUI is placed later so it wins the conflict, or just hide/delete the conflicting files in this mod. If you do the latter, you can return to using SkyUI's BSA if you'd prefer to.
...alternatively, you can download 60 FPS Menus - Natural Interface, which seems to cover a few more menus and includes a version with the conflicting files already removed. Still, the above might be useful to keep in mind in the future, should you run into an issue like this.
For compatibility with SkyUI just read the errors that pop up. They tell you that all you need to do is HIDE (in MO) or DELETE (when not using a REAL mod organizer) the following 2 files in this mod, and then SkyUI will function fine along with its MCM:
containermenu.swf inventorymenu.swf
EDIT: Yeah I might have been hasty about that... I haven't fully tested, so the safe thing is to hide ALL the conflicting files in this 60 FPS mod. Just look in SkyUI's BSA to find out which conflict.
EDIT #2: Here are the 7 files in conflict - either hide these in MO2 or delete them: bartermenu.swf containermenu.swf craftingmenu.swf favoritesmenu.swf giftmenu.swf inventorymenu.swf magicmenu.swf
Got some errors with SkyUI as well like the other comments are saying. Like the idea of this mod though, so will be tracking in anticipation of the SkyUI patch!
