3 Choices per plugin

- 33, 50 and 66 percent less trees

2 Possibilities

- Merged : reduce pine, aspen, snow, reach, dead, tundra trees by 33/50/66
- Individual plugin : modular, choose what you want

6 Variants for individual plugins

- Less Pine
- Less Aspen
- Less Snow
- Less Reach
- Less Dead
- Less Tundra

Install

- Download
- Choose One Merged plugin OR pick 1 esp for each wanted variant, put in data, enable
- You can mismatch the variants:

 - LessAspen50
 - LessSnow33
 - Lessdead66
 ...

A complete install is not necessary, for example: you can use LessReach66 alone too.
Put near the bottom of your loader order, to override changes made by others mods, before bashed patch and dyndolod.
Dont forget to enable the ESP

Do not use Merged and individual plugins together.
Do not use the same variants with different percentile together.
Nothing will break but it's useless.

- Download & Install the PATCH - DATA FOR DLCs AND NEWEST USSEP, if you dont have a bashed patch, it fixes problems with hearthfire & other stuff like ussep water flow changes.

- I highly suggest to use a bashed patch if you use many mods editing locations and regions.

- generate a new Tree lod with SseLodGen (faster) or Dyndolod

To update tree LOD only, start DynDOLOD for the current load order with its output and plugins active.
Click through to advanced.
Select worldspaces that need to be updated.
Uncheck Generate static LOD and Generate DynDOLOD, while leaving Generate tree LOD checked.

Install output, replacing all older output.

Compatibility

Mostly compatible with everything, yet it requires patches for some odd cases. Keep ESPs at the bottom of the load order, otherwise if another mod reactivates some trees, they may be at the vanilla postion.

Put skybird and similar mods which make the trees permanent below this mod. Some of the trees would reappear and skybird and others will be effective.

LVT overrides changes on many cells data, height, regional data, water flow. It has vanilla skyrim data + ussep water flow , and new patch has complete ussep+dlcs data for the cells edited.

To fix compatibility, it requires a bashed patch, with Wrye bash, and the correct bash tags on the mods that need to forward their data to the bashed patch. A lot of mods require such bash tag patches for general compatibility.
It is not specific to LVT. It's an issue with ALL mods editing cells, however lvt edits many cells and so it happens on a bigger scale. It is the responsability of the authors to provide the correct bash tag when they edit the region data. Stay protected, use a bashed patch.

Issues

Floating foliage, moss, bird nest, beehives

A good patch for Hanging moss is now available here:

Remove hanging moss from trees
It removes only the moss connected to trees. It lets the moss tied to bridge and lanscape.

Beehives here:
Remove Floating BeeHives
It removes the floating beehives and critters!
