Add the Amulet 'Eye of Sithis' from Tes IV: Oblivion to Skyrim plus some matching earrings

The Eye of Sithis is a unique amulet in TES IV: Oblivion, since my version of Nightweaver's Band was inspired by this I decided to share the amulet as well aand to complete the set I added some matching earrings.
The items can be found in the hidden treasure of the Ladys during the Quest Take the Hidden Treasure

- enchantable (Amulet with Amulet-Enchantments, Earrings and Piercing with Ring-Enchantments)
- Amulet for male and female
- Earrings are female only (Human, Elf, and Orc Race)
- Belly Piercing female only (Bodyslide required)
- vanilla body versions (not for piercing!)
