   I used the Mod a year ago. I dont remember it used Magicka instead
   
   A Version without Cooldown but with Magicka Use would be great.
   Lets Say: If you use Dragon Aspect Shout your 50% or 75% of Magicka get used.
   Then you need to recover Magicka first.
   
   So you can prepare for a Fight ahead... but not while fighting just refresh it anytime.

   can you add shadow stone ability to be no cool down as well

      4 years late, but, if you put the Shadow Stone on the Aetherial Crown, unequipping and re-equipping the crown will reset the cooldown. This is actually how the Ring of Hircine works, but you'd normally never know it since it's auto-unequipped on shift; but any Greater (once a day) Power tied to an item will reset its cooldown upon re-equipping it.

   It works, but using this shout more than once a day removes visual effect of this magic armor.
