OMG it works! Even exports bones too. Can be converted to an LE hkx with HKXCMD that can be previewed in HCT. At least on 1.5.97 maybe not compatible with later versions; could do with an NG compile?

What version of Skyrim do you use? Telling me that misc is not found.
      SKSE log
      checking plugin MiscHkxXmlConverter.dll
      plugin MiscHkxXmlConverter.dll (00000000  00000000) no version data 0 (handle 0)

I see. So it is working. Hope author make an AE version. I wanted to make some animation changes, but have no proper way to import SE/AE animation on Linux platform.

That defiantly must be updated. May you upload source code, in case you don't want to make update by yourself?

For the input location "Data\SKSE\Plugins\MiscHkxXmlConverter\input\" does this go in the "main directory" for the game, or in my MO2 mod?  Also, I don't see the dll plugin in the Plugins tab when I activate the mod in MO2 - is that a problem?

Or you download the Official tool from Havok that store on a Google Drive by some guy with fore sight

I would post the link but I am sure if allowed

    What the hell

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B8SgSQGjqypSdXBtSUNXaGY0Z2c?resourcekey=0-2g8Le3u_XRnjLumwL6JzDQ

which one do you need, OFC I know, but not telling....

At any Mod if you delete this, be sure to download it for personal use before you deleted it  ? it both has both the x86 and x64 for skyrim on it so think about convert 32 bit HKX to XML maybe add some  auto play  sound sfx then convert to 64 bit HKX how handy that ??

I installed the files via Vortex, and my skse64.log contains:

    checking plugin MiscHkxXmlConverter.dll
    plugin MiscHkxXmlConverter.dll (00000000  00000000) no version data 0 (handle 0)

Does this mean it installed correctly? In game, typing the command gets me an error message:

    Script command "misc" not found
I also do not see the MisHkxXmlConverter folder being created.

And I am too, exactly as above. I'm using AE (1.6.353), so it might be the DLL needs to be tweaked for that?

I've since learnt that message is produced when the DLL plugin is build for a (now) outdated version of the address library. So yeah, an update is necessary for it to work with the current executable.

Hi! First off, thanks a lot. And, sorry for the dumb question, but will this also change the .xml files back to .hkx (64) with the same procedure?

It does not matter when you place the files into the input directory. You can also modify files and run the command as many times as you need to during one session.
