All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)

Quaint Dwelling is a nice, cozy home northwest of Riften and south of Redwater Den, close to the water. It used to be home to two retired soldiers from opposite sides.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key on the right shelf just inside the door (see images)
-many various containers for safe storage, some named
-enchanting, alchemy, baking oven, and cooking
-a few weapon plaques and stands, a couple large weapon displays, dagger displays(including some 'invisible' ones as if Player just, set their dagger down on a table), several shield plaques
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-four bookshelves, for around a hundred books
-a journal on the desk at foot of bed from one of the previous owners
-several shrines
-a fair amount of idles for followers
-one follower bed(need follower mod of some kind)
-a trapdoor in the bedroom leading to another on the outside, as an escape route
-window lights 'reflect' the weather/lighting outside/get darker at night; indoor lighting will also greatly vary depending on what sort of lighting mod you have

outside:
-key is on the short table by the woodcutting block (see images)
-crafting armor workbench, tanning rack, anvil, sharpening wheel
-the chests and knapsack are safe storage
-'stable' area for le horse
-a few mushrooms and flowers around to pick
-a small, simple vegetable garden
-pretty scenery, great views
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-an attempt at poetry by one of the previous owners, on the short table by the fire (see images)

**note, I suggest putting this after encounter mods because you may or may not have a courier appear in your bedroom? :p or just make sure to go through a town or something first, so he will have no reason to... he'll hang around a while if he does show up because the house is just too good a place to leave. Guy's gotta have a break sometimes.

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no staff enchanter, no spider-making machine, no mannequin.
