So, Skyking, when do we get parallax for the best retextures on the Nexus (at least for buildings and interiors )? When you've done one for everything?
I was going to ask if you could just put the buildings into one AIO but I am glad I read the posts first. Definitely going to DL the AIO (and then your new Markarth mod--as I'm ready to do my new playthrough* now and don't want to wait for the big AIO update--though will update when that update is updated).

Does your mod change the building's exterior windows... it appears so in your pics? I use JK's High Hrothgar and your mod and the exterior doesn't have any stain glass in the windows. Does one mod need to be loaded before or after the other. I've tried to reinstall your mod in vortex and it doesn't give me the option to load before/or after JK's.
Hi ComicBookLover, you can't change the load order of JK's HH and Skyland's HH, because Skyland doesn't contain any plugin (only meshes and textures as loose files) and JK has its meshes and textures packed in a BSA file. The rule is, that any loose file will overwrite files within a BSA archive. But as I just tested, the stain glass window textures are the same (highhrothgarentrance01.nif) with JK HH alone and Skyland + JK together. Do you use DynDOLOD? If so, did you run it again after installing JK AND Skyland? JK didn't include any LOD mesh in his mod which causes DynDOLOD to ignore his new towers and surrounding snow, which will lead to sudden pop ins, since the LOD is made from Skyrim.esm which is totally different to JK's version. I posted a solution under JK's HH. Here it is again:
1: Get a BSA (Bethesda archive) extractor like: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974 2: unzip the downloaded JK's High Hrothgar file: you get a BSA and ESP file 3: Open the BSA file with your extractor and save it in a location of your preference: you will get: meshes\jk's high hrothgar\xjkhhhighhrothgartower01.nif (yes it's really called like this)
4: rename the mesh file to: "xjkhhhighhrothgartower01_lod.nif" 5: Open Skyland-HH\meshes\architecture\highhrothgar\ and copy these 3 files: hhdoor01.nif, hhdoor02.nif and hhsprintgate.nif to the same place where you saved JK's nif file before 6: rename these 3 files like before inserting "_lod" at the end just before the point before the extention. You shall have now this folder structure: "meshes\jk's high hrothgar\ hhdoor01_lod.nif, hhdoor02_lod.nif, hhsprintgate_lod.nif, xjkhhhighhrothgartower01_lod.nif" 7: zip it again, keeping the exact folder structure intact 8: Install the zip file with your Mod manager (it will go into the meshes folder) like a mod after having installed JK's High Hrothgar or add it to your JK's HH original zip file (you'll then have a meshes folder together with the BSA and ESP) and install them together. 9: run DynDOLOD newly
Wow that's complex, thanks for the info. I don't use DynDOLOD. I used it before awhile back, but since I change my textures so often I got tired of generating them all the time. I do use a few less complex LODgen mods though. Eventually when I get my supercomputer built, I'll do the dyndolod thing again.
Ah well, so the windows are provided by JK HH as I found out. They glow at night, all looking good. A few interesting things though: I experienced a few glitches not every time I loaded a save to test things. I am updating and installing new mods ingame and waiting for the right moment to start a new game, so it doesn‘t bother me if something goes awry.Once I was falling through the floor on the balcony in the entrance tower, then clipped through parts of the outside wall falling into Oblivion, next time I loaded the save, it was ok. Or the windows were floating in the air… It has something to do with my safegame I‘m sure. Same thing happens after installing JK‘s Winking Skeever in the basement behind the bar. Strange thing here at HH it isn‘t consistent…? But if you enter the console command „coc highhrothgar“ in the main menue and bypass any safegame, everything is working properly. So I guess a new game is in order for that one too… have fun!

Yeah I keep trying new mods trying to find that perfect setup... which will probably never happen with new mods being created every day and Bethesda still updating and changing things as well. I still haven't upgraded to AE... to afraid to break my game. I just bought a new 3060ti (upgrading from a gtx 970) so I can go full 2k textures and use an enb so I'll be restarting a new game soon. Now I just have to figure out which combo I wanna pick lol... it never ends.
Jk's came out with a High Hrothgar mod. Would a patch or something have to be made or are they both compatible? I believe they only change inside of the building.
Hi Kansas! Nope, Jkromal changed the whole building this time and was also adding a tower, but there is no visible problem. Both mods work perfectly fine together. You`ll see JK's new HH and Skyking's stunningly beautiful textures. Have fun. PS: Need to run DynDOLOD

For windows, I used Rustic windows. That's what you're seeing.
You can put JK and Skyland in any order.
Just put Skyland below SMIM and HPP if you use those.
