patch for mods that eider do not exist anymore via direct link download or they are OLDRIM links.

  Correct. They're patches for mods that I use in my own personal installation of SE. The oldrim linked mod is ported over to SE, and the mods that don't exist anymore are available elsewhere if you look hard enough.
