Moon and Star is fully compatible with Skyrim: Anniversary Edition out of the box. That means you shouldn't have to alter anything to play - just install the mod like you would with SSE and you'll be all set!

Changes in the latest version - 3.2:

    - Fixed a visual bug with the glowing objects in the dungeon
    - Fixed a potential issue with Skyrim wildlife

Changes from the previous version - 3.1

    - Changed how the Bow of Shadows works. It now gives players a slight movement speed increase and will turn the player invisible whenever they start sneaking with the Bow of Shadows equipped. Not only does this fix some long reported issues, but it's more true to the original weapon's abilities!

    - Fixed an issue with Chrysamere's passive bonuses.
    - Fixed a visual bug with the Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer's mesh
    - Fixed a visual bug with the Wraithguard Replica gauntlets when equipped
    - Removed grass textures underneath buildings to make the mod friendlier to grass mods.

    Enjoy!

I have this installed, but for some reason the currier didn't give me the note to start the quest...I went to Riverwood and the NPC wouldn't give me the quest as well...just said he was looking for someone of power.  I don't have the immersion mod installed so no idea what is happening.

same here, did you manage to solve it? I went to Little Vivec and the NPC are all interacting with me and all that but the dude in Riverwood still won't give me the quest, smh... I tried sorting mod order with LOOT and it just won't work. Also I really don't want to start yet another new character

Hey! After reinstalling the build ~~> loaded the last save with the Moon and Star mod passed ( well yeah ) and the shadow bow stopped working properly. How to fix it?

Is there a delayed start mod anywhere for this mod?  It seems odd that a courier finds me at Lvl 1 & the note addresses me as Dragonborn before I even so much as get my first Shout

LOOT says that the immersion patch is incompatible with LOTD V5. Is that true? im going to test it and see but in my experience LOOT is usually right

Late reply, but for others, the immersion patch is already included in LOTD. You can see it in the description of the Moon and Star patch on the official LOTD patch page.

Did Legacy of the Dragonborn and it's patch make a change to this mod? Because I asked for the greatsword from the Nerevarine but got Magebane instead of Chrysamere.

I have this installed (i havent started the quest yet only received the letter) I stumbled across Little Vivec as i have the player home "Lake Haven" & noticed none of the bridges are connected in the village, the npcs are infront of their doors & swimming in the water, ive disabled mods & tried re installing but cant seem to find a fix, any help would be great as i really want to start this :(

Can someone who knows how, make a patch to allow Moon and Star to work with Aurora Village SE?  The one that exists on the Aurora Village SE mod page does not work.  It leaves grass and weeds growing up through the roads and the blacksmith's site at Aurora Village SE.  With that being the case, anything else that it might have "fixed" doubtfully would work.  Moving MoonAndStar_MAS.esp to load before AuroraVillage.esp appears to resolve all the landscape issues, but the next time you sort with Loot, it forces MoonAndStar_MAS.esp to load after.

    Found this in Loot's masterlist.yaml:

    - name: 'MoonAndStar_MAS.esp'
        after:
          - name: 'AuroraVillage.esp'
            condition: 'not is_master("MoonAndStar_MAS.esp")'

Deleting the two lines is of no use.  Loot reverts on the next start.

Please make a patch.  Pretty please?

For those running the Nolvus v5 modlist: The simplest way to make it work with Nolvus is to re-run your Synthesis patcher (follow the instructions on the Nolvus website; your Nolvus instance comes with it installed and ready to go). Works perfectly. Little Vivec is above water and 100% accessible. No need to mess around with custom patches.

If anyone figures out a way to make this compatible with the Nolvus modlist i'll kiss you. The city is underwater mostly with the modlist

I use Vagabond, which is similar in a lot of ways to Nolvus. From what I can see in xEdit it's likely a conflict with the Water Patcher (or whatever plugin Nolvus uses for conflict resolution regarding water mods) changing cell coordinates slightly. Problem is reverting those changes would likely cause more issues than it would fix. Best case scenario the placement for Little Vivec would have to be adjusted accordingly using the CK so it's not underwater, but that's beyond my skill set rn.

Disregard what I just said about the CK. It was a cell conflict but after a stroke of genius whereby I decided to put my last two braincells to work, I decided to revise SSEdit's documentation and it turns out that conflict can be solved very easily with the tool. Basically what Vagabond's water patcher plugin is doing, and what I assume whatever the Nolvus equivalent is doing in your case, is placing water on top of and in place of several objects added by Moon and Star. All I had to do to fix it is copy as override into a new esp (flagged as ESL for convenience) all of Moon and Star's Little Vivec's changes which should be in the temporary sections of each record under sub-block 1-1-1 (or something like that) under Worldspace. If Nolvus uses Water for ENB, make sure to merge Water for ENB's changes with MAS changes to that cell, specifically the "Riverwood Water" record in the overall record header, by just dragging it to the empty row in your new plugin.

There's a tiny, difficult to notice, seam at the lake shore next to the entrance walkway in Little Vivec but nothing else seems broken in the Lake Ilinalta region so I guess it's all good.

There is nothing that can be done to remove the curse. Your choices had consequences. A redemption quest would be awesome though.

GanXingba generally PMs users with the console commands to remove the curse.

type help curse, in the log, you'll see "curse of Azura" ID
Type player.removespell {ID of the curse}  and type enter, problem solve :P
