About this mod
A replacer plugin that makes some minor modifications to Coins of Tamriel V2 in order to make it much more flexible and compatible with larger mod lists.

- Changelogs
- CoT V2 originally comes with Copper Septim -> Silver Septim -> Gold Septim, and also Nordic Coins (Alessia), and Dwemer Coins (Kagrenac). The Septims are changed to Gold -> Aether -> Ayleid. The copper coin texture is now used for the most expensive coin while the gold texture is used for normal coins, just like Vanilla. Alessia and Kagrenacs are left unchanged.
- CoT V2 had made dialogue changes in order to mention 'Septim' instead of 'Gold' in several places. Due to the above renaming, this is no longer necessary. This replacer strips/removes all dialogue modifications as they are no longer needed. As such, dialogue incompatibilities will no longer exist.
- Gold/Silver Ore value is restored to vanilla value.
- Gold/Silver Ingot value is restored to vanilla value (Updated in 1.1)
NOTE: Original mod (Coins of Tamriel V2) is absolutely required for all the assets (and scripts depending on version). This mod only provides a replacer plugin that can be used to override the base mod.
Plugin Options
I have only converted Coins of Tamriel V2 (default weight) version of the plugins. I made the replacers for both the script and non-script version of the plugins.
Potential Plans/Updates
Since the replacer plugins removes having to worry about Dialogue edits entirely, lot of the other modifications that the plugin makes to the base game in order to introduce currency variance is more systematic and potentially automatable. I might attempt to code a Synthesis patcher that can dynamically go through placed coins and do randomized replacements, iterate through leveled lists and introduce coins variants and something along those lines. If originally disabled coins are moved around due to some other mods, then the patcher could theoretically be able to map that back to the new replacements and reposition them accordingly. It is something that can probably be built over time, but depends on when time surfaces.
