Simply Silences the underwater swimmers ear and bug you get where sound keeps looping. No .esp
Fixes the water looping bug you get when player and camera comes out of the water, posting a video for reference.
Adding a .esp and .esl for people who want it
My findings:
The original version of this works the best in my opinion and dosn't have a .esp or .esl hanging in your load order
The .esp and .esl work "most" of the time but every now and then when you come up out of water it will silence the surrounding environment
The video is me testing the .esp, you will hear one part where this happens
that's why I highly recommend the original because ive never had any problems with it and it will only flag a conflict with that one sound if another mod changes it.
