Nerfed Mikrul fragment regen, buffed Gauldur amulet

Added regen effects from Mikrul and Jyrik fragments to the Gauldur Amulet.
Out of all the Gauldur Amulet "improvements" on the Nexus, the one from Zim's Immersive Artifacts is my favorite in terms of gameplay, but is not lore-friendly at all. This mod is my attempt to spice things up a little while still remaining true to the lore, as described in Lost Legends and Daynas Valen's Notes. The amulet should now be worth all the trouble it takes to obtain it, while still not being completely overpowered.
In order to lend an air of mystery to the quest, the enchantment effects are hidden in UI. If that isn't your cup of tea, all effects are listed in the description below. Note that Summermyst by EnaiSiaion is required.

Yet Another Gauldur Amulet by honestiago26
Effects in brackets are hidden in UI. The amplify magnitude effects are from Summermyst; the spell absorption is from Kano's mod. Quotes are from Daynas Valen's Notes and Lost Legends.

And at last, Sigdis was cornered in the southernmost reaches of Skyrim. He challenged Lord Geirmund to a duel, knowing his foe was honor-bound to accept. And they clashed in battle, matched strength for strength, and fell together on the field before Ivarstead.
The history of Skyrim is vast, predating even the most ancient records of man and mer. Much has been lost, fallen to the ravages of war or the turning of the ages. But nothing is ever truly forgotten.
