Less of the hold guards will wear helmets. Fomod lets you from no guards wearing helmets to most of the guards wearing helmets.

Description
Edits the leveled lists for guard helmets so they aren't always dropped to the guards. There are options for 0, 25, 50, and 75 % chance of guards wearing helmets in the installer. The second file applies the change to hold guards and Stormcloak soldiers. Only download the first or second file.Installation
You will either need to create a new game or reset the guards that have already spawned for the changes to go into effect.

Incompatible with mods that edit the leveled lists for guard helmets retextures should be compatible- Semi-Open Guard Helmets - Compatible
- Open Faced Guard Helmets - Compatible
- Open Face Guard Helmets - Semi-Compatible (Loading LGH after OFGH will keep the changes from OFGH but make the guards in Eastmarch use the dark variant of the OFGH Helmet)
