Hi there! I know you said this isn't compatible with Open Cities, but what about SR Exterior Cities? If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to do everything except navmeshes, with a simple Synthesis patch to move everything. Navmeshes do require a small bit of CK work though. I'd give it a shot myself, but I haven't gotten around to learning the CK and navmeshing yet.
whcenter.nif seems to be causing a repeatable and unavoidable CTD for me. I crash as soon as the game tries to load me into the world. Running the mesh through Cathedral optimizer didn't seem to help, but hiding the mesh in MO2 immediately solved the problem.
Hi, hope this can help someone. I had the repeatable CTDs with whcenter.nif using Simplicity of Snow. I found this on SoS page:

Nifs with BSTriShape/NiTriShape nodes with no Triangles will crash and will need a patch. Delete these BSTriShape/NiTriShape nodes since they are invisible anyways
There were 5 instances of these zero triangle blocks in whcenter, deleting the blocks resolved the CTDs in Windhelm for me
These 0 triangle blocks are also present if you're trying Artistop's update
I love your meshes! FYI one mesh clashes with Open Cities, the docks (which is the one I really really liked :) ). It's an easy fix though, I opened up Open's bsa and copied the offending file stucture to this mod
Hi please can I have permission to release a patch for this or you do it? I need to add collision from Fuzzles' meshes from this mod onto your whcenternocolb2.nif. Alternatively Fuzzles meshes are open permissions so please feel free to do so yourself :)

Using Icy Windhelm and I can't fix what the photos shown.

Plus rename mesh to ocswhdocks2.nif
Question, some meshes clash with Unfrozen, and they're not the same, should this mod overwrite or the opposite?
