This mod replaces the main menu music with a rendition of The Age of Oppression, performed live by MOD, Orphei Drängar and Myrra Malmberg - it's epic!

This is a very simple mod which replaces the main menu music, to the following live orchestral performance of The Age of Oppression:
I have edited the raw audio to make it more suitable for the game, by reducing the background noise and adding a slight amount of reverb.
It's a wonderful replacer for the standard menu music. Enjoy!
How to install manually: Choose only one main file. Download the zip file and extract to your Skyrim Special Edition folder.
Install using NMM: Choose only one main file. Download to NMM and activate.
** Please note: Skyrim Special Edition uses a different format of compression compared to the original version of Skyrim. The Special Edition uses xwm compression, whilst the original used standard waveform compression. This means that the overall game sound quality is not as good as the original Skyrim. Bethesda claim they will fix this and once a patch is released for the new compression format, I will re-release these mods in waveform at highest quality. **
