    Too bad this mod appears to be abandoned now. With Script Extender now up and running on Skyrim SE, this mod could be improved and built to work with MCM.

      I am gonna update it soonish ;) I don't play SSE at all, so I need to redo the MCM at all. In fact, I'm gonna remove the power, and use only MCM, since the SKSe64 is out( although bethesda makes it difficult to update it). I do have the pesky case of having a life, so I can only update it every once in a while, and the fact hat I have to do it for SE version in a separate way is a pain in the behinds.

      PLEASE leave the menu, I prefer it, especially since the constant SSE updates I'm wishing I could drop SKSE, but LOTD requires it, so... :(

      Is an update of this mod still on the to-do list ?
      In the meantime, is it better to use this SE version, or to directly convert the Oldrim version (to get access to MCM for example) ? Or a converted version would not work with the Frostfall SE ?

      I tried converting the Oldrim version (unpacked the BSA, ran the nif optimizer on the meshes folder), and it seemed to work totally fine, I tested the repel rain and air bubble spells and both worked, but the MCM was not present. I don't know what the main differences are so that may be a good option for people who prefer that version to this one, but just be aware that you still won't be getting the MCM.

    Dont know if this has something to do with the missing textures, or are they leftovers from the Oldrim MCM?
    Thought Id let you know if you are going to update it.
    I cant wait to use it again - it was a lifesaver in Oldrim and Frostfall is deadly without it.
    Thank you for making such an amazing mod it is a wonderful concept - perfect for the deadly frosts of Skyrim.

    I don't know what happened, but I can't find the control spell for the options and the only spells showing up on any of the leveled list are repel rain and the itmes you hard placed in the game.

    I wish I could disable the MCM on this and reconfigure this as a power again, the MCM doesn't even pop up for me, and with SKSE now the power disappears, so I can't configure this mod. :(

    if for some reason you do not see the effects of spells, then you might need to re-add the monitors which govern them; head onto the troubleshooting in MCM, turn on debug options, and click Re-add Monitors.


    How to troubleshoot this when running Skyrim SE?

      I was really hoping he would respond because my install doesnt load the repel rain spell texture.

      I never really bothered to update the SE version, since let's face it, SSE was unplayable without SKSE, but now the SKSE is out of Alpha I might see how the MCM work under it.

    This is still form 43 - and it crashes the CK when I try to load it. So I'll not use it until those issues are fixed I think.

    I can't get the config spell to show up in skyrim se. Any tips?
    Edit: I was able to get it to show up, but now the ward effect of repel rain won't appear.

    This is a really awesome mod. I wish there was something like this for non-magic users, where you'd have your character equip their shield and raise it above their head. Maybe even have it decrease a little bit of stamina over time from the fatigue of holding the shield up. It would be pretty sweet.

    Oh no you have'nt removed the dragon soul warming function have you? That was one of my most favorite and immersive sections of your amazing mod! I do hope it is still in there as I have no previous version option on SE to install
