- Fixed an extra bracket in the esp, a tri file pathing with double // . This was hard to detect, since its not a mesh or ck problem. Anyways, nothing else to add. Safe to update.

- After many years BoP gets an update, and an astronomical one - in comparison the past version is like a beta version.
- The main changes:
- - every model has been reworked to look better and leaner
- - the tri files, the files responsible for how beards moved have all been reworked to vastly superior ones - the previous were very raw I did not know much at the time.
- This now means these beards can be applied/exported to npcs at will - easy, without having to make great adjustments - if a mod did not do this before there were issues. This is now something available to anyone.
- The main file is now an esl not an esm.
- You can now make this mod a dependency - without having yourself to create the new beard records back and forth.
- Full orc support - previously it was very limited
- I apologize if the new update breaks mods that were dependent on it - I have had to restructure the entire mod and folders.
- Full elder support to apply to npcs.
- Included vanilla beard fixes and some edits.
- Added some new beards, I do not know how many. Some have been reworked completely . p.e. neck beard
- Removed the awful mustaches and added proper ones - a lot of them, around 20+
- Added a lot of Khajiit content - in preparation for the new beasthhbb update - including mustaches - in fact this whole update is for my soon to be updated npc mods.
- Added cut content and also made some mish mash with them.
- The naming and labelling is not perfect, please bear with it.
- I can hear hdt in the wind and the answer is no.

- this version is a huge quality upgrade also with new content, which can now be applied very easily to npcs. It now features 200+ facial hair options to add to your hourly new character creation proccess lol - there is a lot of new options
- If you ever consider a vote for one of my mods, this update would be it.
- Added a bunch of images last in the image section - featuring an upcoming mod - not every new BoP is shown - its a lot still

This mod adds beards and mustache options to humans, elves and orcs; also comes with considerable Khajiit support - version 0.4 has 200+ options
This mod affects only the player character.
This mod is also an open resource for anyone wanting to use it for npc mods/any mod.
Since version 0.4 onwards, the beards can be applied directly to npcs without any need of complicated adjustments, now anyone can do it.

The beards only work with the game default sliders
To note:
Beard accessories are more susceptible to slider values. Consider moving the sliders to put the accessories back into the correct place.
Orcs are also more susceptible to this. You can check in the creation kit and make these adjustments. Usually by receding the mouth forward or chin forward sliders to the value of 0 or below.
Fun mustaches:
The new 0.4 mustaches allow for extra creativity - you can create new mustache shapes simply by moving the nose up/down, mouth up down, wider, etc.

Requirements: Choose a version
Conflicts - Since 0.4 overwrite expressive facegen morphs and/or expressive facial animation - male ; this will make sure to include my newest vanilla beard edits and fixes.
Clipping - clipping is the same as vanilla, while crouching, neck twisting, etc. Some longer beards may look stiff because they are modeled to armor and clothing and not the naked body, so the chin area has a curved angle to them to avoiding clippings.

- launch creation kit and select Beards of Power (and whatever else or none if you wish to crerate a new esp/mod)
- select highlight the menu actors/actor (must be highlighted) - this is the npc list available
- select highlight one male npcs from the list and double-click it
- navigate to character gen parts tab - navigate the sub-menu box Base head parts - select highlight facial hair
- select below the drop-down menu with the name of the beard - navigate the beard list choose which one you want
- (optional) you can preview the head on the very bottom
- once the beard is selected click ok the the menu will close
- select highlight the "actor" menu on the left (mentioned before) - select highlight the npc - click ctrl+f4 - prompt message will appear with yes/no. Click yes.
- save the esp in the icon menu and close creation kit. (do not forget to load your new esp)

Color mismatch between hair and facial hair
For Khajiit there is no redemption but I included some options nonetheless
Use a retex mod like salt and wind and vhr for the models p.e. mix them with a hair color mod like natural hair colors or mild colors
Use a beard retex such as Khisartin facial hair from ddsworkshop, its what I use.
