FIX white lighting spell and restore vanilla lighting cloak spell

Ultimate HD FIRE EFFECT and Visual Animated Enchants - VAE had three issues.
UTIMATE HD FIRE EFFECT : change the visual of lighting cloak spell. It was horrible.
VAE: change the visual of lighting cloak spell and in plus recolored lighting spell in white and for some users ice spell in yellow.
OK, no problem both issues now are solved.
troubleshooting:
"I have only a mod installed, but your mod fix for two mods"
No problem there was vanilla files so if you have only one mod installed there aren't problems.
INSTALLATION:
use vortex or if you want manual installation place the files in zipped file and move them into skyrim directory.
