Depending upon their actions, your character will now visibly gain or lose weight.

Depending upon their actions, your character will now visibly gain or lose weight. If they overeat, they will gain weight; if they are constantly sprinting, walking, or not eating enough, your character will eventually lose weight. Becoming either overweight or underweight will also physically affect the player. If the player is overweight, they will regenerate health faster and regenerate stamina slower; if the player is underweight, they will regenerate stamina faster and regenerate health slower. If the player visits the face sculptor or uses console commands to alter their weight, they can use the "Update Weight" spell to apply the appropiate buffs and penalties. For the effects to be visibly noticeable, I suggest playing with an morph-able body and armor, such as CBBE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/198). For the mod to operate perfectly, do not enable it until after your character has reached Helgen Keep and has had their bonds cut; otherwise, the sprinting script may not operate correctly. This mod only requires the base game and its three DLCs, Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
