    Would you take a look at Arthmoor towns too? I was in Kynesgrove and one NPC just walked to a laundry thing. Couldn't get pass it. Other towns from Arthmoor prolly also needs patches.

    These are great, so useful, COTN Falkreath has a patch in its patches comments page, but Clef J Winterhold still needs some loving
