    hello! Thanks, first of all. But, why don't I get any options to go to Pit Fights outside Skyrim even if I have all Skyrim arenas' championships? Must I place this before or after the esp of the travel add-on from the original mod? Thanks in advance!

      Same. I killed all their champions but i cannot fight with normal enemies from other provinces, kinda weird

      Are you looking for Pit Fighters - Travel? If so, it's on the original modpage.

      @HiImJustHereForSkyrim:  Thanks for the suggestion, but I already have that addon from the original mod page. My query, rephrased, is actually, "Why don't I get the features of the addon when I have this 'revamped' version?". As per LOOT, I must place this after the main esp and the addon esp from the original mod, but I can't fight champions from other provinces. When I place this between the main esp and addon esp, I can fight other champions, but LOOT won't stop complaining. I'm stumped.

      @ed1990on did you find a solution?
      If I put Revamped before Travels, I can fight in other provinces but get a lot of bugs.

      Ok, so I had a look, and the trouble turns out to be with a dialogue condition added by this mod. The condition is meant to delay travelling to other provinces until after you've completed the Pitfighters questline, but for reasons that elude me, it doesn't work.

      However, it turns out to be relatively simple to patch the condition, to have it target the quest stages rather than completion of the quest. In this patch, I've set it to require Dovahkiin to have attained "Champion" status (quest stage 80+), since I figure that's a reasonable point at which you might be eligible to go fight in other provinces. The patch is, of course, flagged esl (i.e. an ESPFE). :)

      Note that if you install this patch on an existing save, you may have to "recycleactor" on Gehrich in order to update his dialogue options.

      Nobody appears to be maintaining this mod, but on the odd chance that someone in charge spots this, feel free to add this to the downloads as a patch (or to simply update the mod with the condition change...). If not, and if I stumble on an overabundance of spare time, I may do a separate mod page for it myself at some point.

    Anyone know how to bet in this mod ? I'm pretty sure that I unlocked everything and there's still a guard blocking the door. Also, it's a lil weird that he is a stormcloack since I sided with empire and killed Ulfric.

    I seem to be unable to bet, the guy guarding the back door wont let me in whether I'm a fighter or not. Anyone know how to fix this?

       Been trying out ALL the arena mods I can find. Finally got around to doing this one and it was awesome! I never played the original mod but I'll certainly give oranges his props as well.
      I liked that each member had their own little side quest to add a bit of depth to their character. Decent earnings in gold once you start to rank a bit. Traveling to other locations was my favorite part though. I can tell a lot of time was put into the custom locations. Even the bystanders have custom clothes and armors and such. Oh and the trophy display isn't just a display... it's an armory!
      Very cool addition that won't be leaving my mod list. Thank you sir!

    Hi, hoping someone sees this and has some idea. I am having the CTD issue only when choosing windhelm arena. I see the sticky post about BDS, the thing is I don't have BDS. In my crash log wharena01 is the most common thing to pop up, but I don't have any other mods that show up as effecting it in SSEEdit, only the skyrim.esm

    I got bored and decided to touch up the Pit Fighter audio a little bit in Audacity. I removed the background hissing/humming and a few mouse clicks and different sounds here and there. I found that the female voice files were pretty good already so I didnt have to touch any of those.

      Nice. Its not a major improvement, but the humming/hiss sound in the background was pretty apparent in a lot of the audio and I def heard mouse clicks and other weird noises as well in some of it.

      A handful of them seem to have a tad bit of distortion now after the noise removal and might need to be redone. I kinda rushed through it and overlooked a few of them.

      I'm not really supporting this mod anymore, but when I have time I'll try to push out a last update with your improvements. I forgot about them until now.

      For now I'll sticky this comment until I can merge the changes myself.

      Hey! I know that this is a super old post, but if you happen to still have those cleaned audio files kicking around I'd be very happy if you uploaded a copy somewhere. Since this mod has apparently been grandfathered into being "taken care of" by Nexus, it'd probably even be okay to upload them as a separate mod. Cheers :)

      Nope. The travel addon is a required master. But the travel addon works fine with my patch. :)

      Looking at this mod in Creation Kit, yeah it looks very broken especially the Travels Addon dialogue... CK crashes when I try to do anything to fix it, not sure what can be done.

      I noticed that as well but anytime I tried to changed something the Creation Kit would crash. Thanks for the patch, I'm not using Pit Fighter in my current modlist but I will download and endorse for visibility!

    Hi! I'm a little confused as to what I'm meant to do when it comes to resolving the CTD issue between Pit Fighter and Better Dynamic Snow, so I was wondering if you'd elaborate on what needs to be done exactly as I'm new to making edits like this.

      Remember this change is only necessary if you use BDS V 2.....
      If you have a newer Version than V2 then you don´t need this change!!

      First, you need the program Sseedit.

      Download and install it( i have it installed in my main Skyrim folder).

      Open Sseedit and load all your active plugins/mods.

      After everything is loaded, enter the Hexadecimal code 0003FBBE into the FormID search window in the top left corner, hit enter and on the right, it should automatically jump to the correct line.

      On the right, you see every mod that makes changes to the wharena1. Look if maybe other Plugins/Mods make changes to these values.
      If needed overwrite with the Skyrim.esm material.

      The value needed is at the bottom under Material. The BDS Patch rewrites the line as SnowMaterialObject1PBetterDynamicSnow [MATO:32001305].

      You need to overwrite that value with the one from Skyrim.esm(SnowMaterialObject1P [MATO:00025129]), but only under the BDS_patch column.( do not touch the skyrim.esm column) --> You would not be able to change it, but stay away from trying to edit the main files.

      To better illustrate here is a screenshot, I hope this helped.

      I just post this to get the thread up higher since I saw ppl struggling and it has important information on the windhelm crash that is not included in the sticky.
