Advanced versions of Flames, Sparks and Frostbite

Permissions and credits
When you start using magic you get some great stream spells, Flames, Sparks and Frostbite. I love these spells, quick and versitle. But as you gain levels they soon become to weak to be of use. Advanced Streaming Spells fixes that. Each spell does more damage than the equivalent starting spell but they cost more Magika to cast and are a higher level in an attempt to maintain balance. Below is a brief description of each spell:

Scorcher: Pretty much the same as Flames except more damage and of course more cost.

Firebolt Stream: Shoots small fireballs at with a 1/2 second charge, nearly as fast as you can click the mouse.

Shocker: A stronger Sparks spell.

Lightening Stream: Quick small lightening bolts with each clisk of the mouse.

Ice Dart: A stronger version of Frostbite.

Ice Spike Stream: Rapid cast Ice Spikes.
