Resplendent ENB is a preset made by me using ENB binaries to beautify and enhance the graphical detail in your game without a cost. It's main objective is to offer a detailed and vibrant view while minimizing the cost of performance loss. Keep in mind, this preset is by no means a professional picturesque preset with the absolute most of detail. If you want a preset that has that sort of detail, with a drastic change, I recommend checking out Rudy's ENB for Cathedral.
My preset is mainly focusing on offering a fair amount of detail while preserving a good performance increase, as compared to other presets.

Requires ENBSeries 4.4.8+
- Download ENBSeries 4.4.8+
- Open the archive and navigate to the WrapperVersion folder
- Drag and drop everything in the folder to your Skyrim SE directory, where the skyrimse.exe file is located
- Download Resplendent ENB and extract the archive
- Drag everything in it to your Skyrim SE directory, same location as the skyrimse.exe file
- Load up your game, and enjoy
Keep in mind, that the view may not be a direct and one-on-one comparison compared to my screenshots. I was running at very high graphic settings, with almost everything maxed out.
I am also using mods to enhance the landscape textures and meshes, and you can find a list of them below. I highly recommend checking out the Cathedral Concept mods, as they are astoundingly beautiful with a great performance boost.
