So right now I don't have that much time to dedicate to the mod. My Christmas vacation is in a month, and lasts for a month, so expect more changes then. In the meantime I'm gonna be learning Blender, to better the quality of the armors, and give myself more freedom to make changes.
I am also busy as the co-creator of another mod, The Last Dragonborn Armor, originally by Camomile (if you want it, here it is, for both LE and SE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40923), so despite me being unhappy with a lot of the features in the current version, I will not be updating it in some time.
That being said, I'll be working on the concepts for an eventual 2.0 release with a rework of multiple armors, and also the winter version, which is still not completely fleshed out to be released. After the 2.0 is released and all basic features are done, along with having reworked the light, medium, and mage armors, I'll be working on expanding the features and adding even more armor sets, such as an Imperial Scout armor, and a kind of military police armor.
If I get that done before I go back to school in a couple of months, I'll be experimenting with back-porting the mod, maybe seeing how making it console compatible works, and maybe a FoMOD version for the variety of patches and addons, so the file page doesn't get as filled as it currently is.
Until then, It's most likely staying as is, since it is now functional, includes a variety of patches and addons for the most popular mods, and has a Standalone legion overhaul and replacers in the Old Files, so it's functional enough to give it a small break. I'll be back on Christmas, maybe there'll be an update sooner, but that's unlikely.
Can someone port this to Xbox? I got the perms from the author before he left, also the invisible hands glitch needs to be fixed for a lot of the gauntlets
Somebody did upload the mod. Is a version of 138.59 mb. I don't know, but I'm testing mods and I think I'm being reasonably careful, yet the mod looks heavily pixelated. I guess is a 512 low res version. It would be great to have at least 1k option, it looks bad aside of Vanilla.
To fix the missing hands on the Carius armor bracer and the mages bracers pull up the esp in SSEEDIT, then find the Armor addon record for the Carius bracers, copy the text from the male and female world models over to the 1st person models and replace. Then do the same for mages gauntlets.
Don't forget to edit the GeneralCariusGauntletsAA record AND the beast records as well! For both armors! And for mage you'll want to edit the light and heavy versions as well
I absolutely love it, always wanted this exact armor to be redistributed for the entire legion. Legates and generals look stunning as well. Keep up the good work!
Guards Armor Replacer comes with a very good and equal in quality overhaul for the stormcloaks. The armors are from the same author so I guess it's to be expected.

Thing is that the stormcloaks now look really bad in comparison.
Anyone with a good matching stormcloak armor replacer mod?
did you fixed that?
