The Perk, the Power, and the Problem
The Spellscribe perk from the excellent Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim by EnaiSiaion allows you to store a spell which is unleashed when power attacking. You cast the Spellcribe power while dual-casting a spell to bind it, and then the spell is cast whenever you power attack (with a cooldown).

However, Spellscribe activates when you power attack with fists, including during brawls. This means that after you bind a spell, power attacking will end the brawl and you'll have a real fight on your hands.

The spell can be unbound by casting Spellscribe either while having the wrong type of spell equipped or while in combat, but the power doesn't say this will happen, and nothing says this has happened when you do it.

The Solution
I have modified Spellscribe so that if you cast it with either weapons sheathed or only your fists up, it will unbind the stored spell and tell you about it. You can then successfully power attack during brawls, and rebind Spellscribe once you're done. I've updated power's text to say this, so it's clear in-game. I've also removed the unbinding functionality from the other error cases, so the only way of doing it is the obvious one.

Bonus
There's an option in the Ordinator MCM menu to allow you to bind self-targetting spells to Spellscribe, but when you bind such a spell you still get an error notification telling you that you can't bind that type of spell, even though the spell is successfully bound. I've fixed it so the error no longer appears.

Installation
Install with your favourite mod manager. Installation order shouldn't matter, as the only file other than the (ESL-flagged) .esp is a new (very small) script.

Load Order
Obviously must be loaded after Ordinator. If you use Your Own Thoughts (which I highly recommend), load this after the YOT - Ordinator patch. So far for me, LOOT has done this automatically.

Currently my plugin carries forward the changes from Your Own Thoughts to the Spellscribe description, and the message about unbinding the spell is in first person. If people want it, I will make a version without the Your Own Thoughts wording.
