Hi, Can somebody help with this error log? Running it via the repository. Thanks.

Hey this might be a dumb question, but do you know if there's a proper way to undo this patcher? I recently removed TUDM from my modlist and cleaned the masters and all records of it from the effected/patched mods in my list but I'm getting crashes lately related to FootstepSet records. Not sure if this is something you're familiar with it all, or have any recommendations. The main mods I had used to patch TUDM with were Immersive Sounds Compendium and Audio Overhaul for Skyrim.

I installed this and did nothing.

Downloaded through vortex, opened up the mod file location and activated the footstep patcher application.

I am using TUDMR which works fine in game just no sound.

Is synthesis a requirement to run this?

edit: Installed synthesis, used git repository to find patch, added patcher, ran patcher, and still nothing fixed the audio missing.

Synthesis patchers create output files after they are patched. Did you check if the output is done? Did you tick the ESP created?

Sorry I know this isn't exactly the right place, but the base mod for this mod (The Ultimate Dodge Mod) is not available here. Because TUDM itself, the root mod, for this and many other mods, is only a download link to google drive there's nowhere to else  to ask questions.

I'm using Wabbajack Licentia and it, like many Wabbajack builds, comes with TUDM.

    My question is this:

How to I get the main TUDM mod and all it's ancillary mods (such as script fixes, compatibility patches, etc) out of my load order without totally hosing the entire build? I've spent many hours installing the build several times, and each time I try to remove TUDM it totally hoses everything. It's like a freakin virus!

If anyone can tell me how to get rid of TUDM without blowing up the entire build I would be most grateful.

BTW... the reason I'm so keen get TUDM out of my load order is because it hijacks my E key which I've been using forever for Sneak.

    Any help appreciated.

If you made your patches dependent on TUDM you can use this as a reference to remove the dependency on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyxDZT49CfM

the .exe closes immediately after opening. Not sure why. Do we need to install synthesis to run this? I'm kinda lost

Is the ESP still generated? You can try using Synthesis instead which should make it easier to get a log.

Hi everybody, does this patcher work with Skyrim LE?. if yes, is there 32 bit version of it compatible with my windows?. because the latest versions of zedit patcher are only 64 bit.
    Thanks in advance.

This patcher does not currently support Skyrim LE, although I don't think it should be too hard to port if you have some programming experience. The source code is available on GitHub.

Hello! I've been using your patcher since a long time! Normally, I didn't have any problems during the process. However, with the new update (1.6.342), I'm unable to complete the process and MO2 warns me that the esp is in form 43. Looking at the command prompt, it looks like I have an error with CC's ccbgssse050-ba_daedric.esl. Any advise? Thanks!

If you're using Mod Organizer run it through there to ensure the modded plugins can be seen by the patcher, not using a legitimate copy of the game could also affect it. Not sure what else it could be

Other synthesis patchers have no issues and run just fine. I have tried both the original TUDM and TUDMR and they both fail. Ultimate Dodge Mod.esp is the filename and it is certainly enabled. I even tried renaming it to "The Ultimate Dodge Mod.esp" and that failed too. I've run it in a normal load order as well as one with just USSEP and TUDM and it cannot patch. I've tried both the .exe posted here as well as just adding the latest version from within Synthesis itself. I can confirm the mod works within Skyrim though, just minus the changes that this patcher would apply. I wish I could offer more to help find a solution.

It's looking for that exact name, "Ultimate Dodge Mod.esp", so that should all be right. I have updated the patcher here to use the latest version of the Synthesis / Mutagen libraries, could try using that to see if it changes anything.

Unfortunately it seems to have still failed. On Synthesis, the Mutagen is 0.33.6 and Synthesis is 0.20.5. I'm using https://github.com/tr4wzified/TUDMFootstepPatcher and the Project selected is TUDMFootstepPatcher.csproj. The version of TUDM I have tried is this one: TUDM v4
since the one here is restricted and requests to gain access are ignored.

So just to cover the bases, I'm using TUDM v4 (tried both the original vanilla one and TUDMR), MO2 with a properly configured Synthesis 0.20.4, using the 0.33.6 mutagen with Ultimate Dodge Mod.esp active in the load order, both in a regular load order and a test one with just USSEP and TUDM enabled. The error being produced is:

At any rate, thank you for the time you've already spent looking at it more closely and updating things. From what I understand this isn't critical to the functionality of the mod so no worries about it. Thanks so much for making this in the first place. Synthesis patchers are just magical.

Edit: Just wanted to mention I also downloaded and tried the updated .exe from here and it also produced the same error.

Days later I wanted to mention the solution for anybody else going through this. I had problems with Dyndolod 3.0 picking up the wrong Skyrim path and plugins (Moved to a different HD) and the solution for that is to run the SE Launcher itself once so it updates the registry and gives everything the right paths. Doing that indirectly resolved the issue and now this lovely patcher works.
