With version 1.2.0 of this patch, I now consider the mod to be feature-complete. I feel I've stretched its scope as far as I should, and patched everything that needed it. It will now only receive further updates in the event that any bugs are found, or if Mysticism or Path of Sorcery gets an update which would necessitate changes on my end.
Because of the way my Elemental Staffs sub-patch is designed, it actually obviates the need for the original Elemental Staffs plugin, as well as its separate meshes. If you know what you're doing and want to save a plugin slot, you can remove these and either extract the "Elemental_Staffs - Textures.bsa" archive into loose files, or rename it as "Kai_Mysticism-Sorcery-ElementalStaffs_Patch.bsa" so it'll load alongside my plugin.
A workaround for the crash on inventory because of scrolls (thanks to JadEarth for mentioning it in the bug section) for when you - like me - already played a while and can't uninstall this mod (as we know, mods shouldn't be uninstalled mid-game)
1. Start SSE Edit and look for the Kai_Mysticism-Sorcery_Patch.esp 2. Expand it (at the +) and look for "Scroll" → expand this as well 3. You will have the list with the scrolls 4. Easy way: Sort by name (clicking at the top on the "name" column) → scrolls are now alphabetical 5. Look for the scroll that caused the crash (I will add a list here, of scrolls I found to be crashing and add more, shall I encounter more) 6. Right-click and select "remove". When SSE Edit asks, just tell it that yes, you are sure (SSE Edit will save a backup in 'overwrite' anyway)
Scrolls that caused crashes:
Scroll of Armor Eater
Scroll of Attunement
Scroll of Charm
Scroll of Conjure Corrupted Shade
Scroll of Conjure Corrupted Soldier
Scroll of Conjure Dwarven Centurion
Scroll of Corrosion Rune
Scroll of Damage Armor
Scroll of Damage Weapon
Scroll of Divine Body
Scroll of Greater Corrosion
Scroll of Haste
Scroll of Quicksilver
Scroll of Reflection
Scroll of Sanctuary
Scroll of Seduce
Scroll of Shalidor's Mirror
If you find more and comment them here, I can add them to the list.
Here's a screenshot, although most will know what it looks like. But just in case. :) https://ibb.co/7n073yC
Thanks for the help, any idea how i can read the crash logger? Tried to control f "scrolls" didn't find anything related And how do i filter the scrolls in sse edit alphabetically, took me forever to find them and remove them.
I was crashing to desktop when opening Farengar's inventory. I tried to follow the steps of the comment below me, but non of the examples of the problematic scrolls applied to my case. I simply tried to remove this patch and it worked; no more crashing to desktop. I am using: - Mysticism 2.3.4 - Path of Sorcery 2.7 - Skyrim SE 1.5.97 I'll report back if I run into any other problems.
Pretty please with sugar on top finish the update for Mysticism 2. I'm running Vokriinator Black which requires Path of Sorcery and Mysticism 2, and therefore, I'm pretty sure, also requires a compatibility patch for the two. Getting a CTD every time I try to trade with Farengar.
+1 -- I also run Vokriinator Black with Mysticism 2.3.4, and was getting CTD when trying to start bartering with the court wizard in Riften - Disabling "Kai_Mysticism-Sorcery_Patch.esp" fixed the issue, specifically with it trying to load a scroll.
Crash Log below for whenever its convenient for the MO to look into fixes/updates. Hope it helps!
Crashes when finding a scroll anywhere, chest or vendor. Scrolls I've found causing ctd so far are damage armor, attunement, charm and conjure corrupted soldier. Dev seems to have abandoned the mod too.
This patch still hasn't been updated for Mysticism 2. I work on it occasionally - and I've got half the mind-affecting and turn spells updated to my satisfaction, and the staff and scroll recipes left to redo - but it hasn't been as big of a priority for me since I use Adamant these days. I've already over promised before on when I might get around to publishing, so I can't offer anything more specific than, "eventually."
I have actually been working on an update for Mysticism 2 and Path of Sorcery 2.6 a little at a time these last few days, so the good news is that the more ideal solution is at least in the works, even if I personally use Adamant now. PoS 2.6 no longer requires maintaining a formlist for perks like Blood Magic and Witch's Familiar, so the multi-patch for Triumvirate users will become unnecessary.
This is almost certainly because I still haven't updated this mod for Mysticism 2. It's been a low priority, since I use Adamant instead of Path of Sorcery these days. Refer to the standing bug report entry as well.

I simply add the names as I come across crashes.

As for Crash Logger, make sure to have Crash Logger SSE AE VR - PDB support.

You can see the culprit in the crash log.

This is an example. The crash log points to "Scroll of Corrosion Rune" in this case.
If you read it, you can follow the steps and remove the crash.
I recommend getting Crash Logger SSE AE VR - PDB support should you not have it already (for reading crash logs).
This is the pastebin of my crash log:

Any idea what is causing it?

Dev seems to have abandoned the mod too.
Once you downgrade, rebuild your bashed patch and reload your save.
It's obviously not the most ideal solution, but if you're rocking both path of sorcery and mysticism there isn't really a better option...
I'll be keeping an eye out and maybe if I'm lucky you'll be done before I finish my current playthrough. :)
