From the maker of Fallout 4 Immersive Gameplay comes a mod that brings new life to this familiar game, by making it more intense, more realistic, more fun.

You start weak, as is right for a pleb at the beginning of his journey. With no skills and items to help you defeat those who are much better prepared than you.  But you learn quickly and even though your promised vanilla godhood has been stripped away, the progress you make in strength and security will be enough to give you a fighting chance, and maybe even save the world.

The gameplay is faster, more punishing, less predictable.

1) level killing field - Your enemies and you have access to the exact same perks(except for the dragonborn dragon aura perk tree and shouts) weapons, magicka and health pools.
2) Unleveled leveled enemies, unleveled loot, unleveled world. The world has been rearranged to be more realistic throughout your entire playthrough. This is more throughout than simply unleveling the lists. Some enemies were made stronger, some weaker, some are more likely to appear than others and some less. Some items are now more prevalent while other items are much harder to find.
3) I adjusted the weapons range to make what you see in the game, match with what is happening. No more swinging into the air and still getting a hit. I compensated the reduced range with better stats elsewhere. (Speed, stagger, damage)
4) Damage - Weapons damage models are more interesting and keep weapons useful for longer with less straight upgrades.
DestructionDamage - x2 for all of vanilla destruction spells& modded spells(No scripts required) x4 for novice spells.
5) I removed the 150 bonus points to stamina, magicka and health. You now have the same starting stats as  your enemies. And because your enemies have the same health as you, with vanilla’s bonus health of 500 gone from view, destruction Magic is more useful.
6) Power Attacks and sprinting drain less stamina, stamina recovers at a much slower rate, making combat more dynamic, potions more useful, and overall less tedious experience.
7) Blocking reduces more damage, but doesn’t block all of it, weapons are more useful for blocking.
8) Archers are much more likely to get staggered and lose their draw when you attack them. No more dying to an archer in point-blank combat.
9) Racial traits last for the entire game, instead of a starting bonus for a certain skill, races now receive a bonus to their favored weapons and magic. Different races split a 150 points pool between  magicka, stamina and health pools differently. Nords and Orcs having no starting magicka, and the likes of High Elves and Bretons are squishy and in worse shape to compensate for their higher magicka.
10) Enemies are aggressive, and will chase you while you try to kick back and use restoration magic or potions.
11) Potions don’t heal you outright, instead they work more like stimpaks in Fallout 4, cheaper potions have severe downsides, so don’t skimp when it comes to your survival. While the rarest and most expensive of potions can swing the tide of battle and might even be a necessity when fighting a dragon.
12) Everyone starts with 100 skill points in light and heavy armor, full set perks are gone, and you can now mix and wear whatever you fancy, without being gimped.
13) Smiting no longer improves weapons, while it sounds and looks cool, it destroys balance and gameplay.
14) Enchanting and Alchemy are a tad weaker to prevent the broken and overpowered duo combo.
15) Economy, many basic items were devalued to make them more realistic in a medieval economy.
16) Enemies use ammo and will run out of arrows.
17) Daggers have a small amount of stagger, are faster, and are balanced throughout the entire spectrum of materials. No more op daedric daggers, no more pathetic steel daggers.
 18) Regeneration and other buffing potions last much longer
19) Food doesn’t heal you at all, instead you get a small buff that lasts quite a bit.,
20) Movement - Strafing while aiming arrows is slower, turning while sprinting and powerattacking has the same  turning speed as running. Walking and running backwards are slower.
21) All races start with a 100 skill points in, Light Armor(Now called Dragon Aura), Heavy Armor(Now called Dragonborn), and smithing. To craft items you need to have the perks, same as in vanilla. You cannot improve weapons and armor.
22) Illusion spells work up to 40 level enemies, and have shorter durations, you can cast invisibility sooner.
23) Some factions like the Silverhand will only become hostile to you after you make certain choices.
24) Animals are not each other best friend at all time

----Compatibility with other mods and load order, weapons and armor mods should blend in smoothly in terms of gameplay and damage models. Any mod that changes leveled lists and companions should be placed after ImmersiveGameplaySkyrim. And Place Immersive gameplaySkyrim after mods that make changes to gameplay. Unless you prefer their changes, in that case put them after(lower) ImmersiveGameplaySkyrim.

Works perfectly with alternate start mods! And works with old game saves too, (Just make sure to wait a while{Month{ before you engage enemies that spawned before this mod was loaded, or some of them will be a bit tanky.

Other important notes : Kill cams were turned off to prevent cheap death, you can use Violens to override this change and set things according to your liking. Leveling weapon skills and magic is 2.5X faster, to help you catch up with the unleveled world and because I assumed you already did all of it before. Training is unlimited, as long as you can afford it, weapons weight realistic medieval weight, if a certain weapon weighs less than another weapon of the same type it will swing faster. If it weighs more it will swing slower.
In terms of DPS Daedra>Nordhero>Ebony&Glass>Skyforge>Orcish&Elven&Dwarven>Steel&Falmer>OldNord>Iron>Forsworn.
I was happily to suprised to see Vanilla bows were perfectly balanced for the most part, and they remain mostly untouched. Take notice that more damaging bows take longer to draw. If you have high grade arrows, you will have a higher dps with low power bows due to rate of fire, assuming you can hit your enemies as fast as you can draw.
