About this mod
This is a small tweak that makes the Thalmor use elven weapons at level 12 (Vanilla around level 22) In addition the Thalmor will spawn with imperial bows and silver swords instead of hunting bows and steel swords before level 12.

Changes made:
Thalmor now spawn with elven weapons much quicker, at level 12 but they usually always have a elven dagger at all levels.
They will spawn with imperial bows rather then hunting bows before level 12
They use silver swords instead of steel weapons before level 12 (this made sense to me because they use quicksilver and silver all the time but use steel? not on my watch)

That's IT, just a simple mod to make the Thalmor a bit more immersive or as powerful as they claimed to be during the Great War by arming them with the same material they protect themselves with. (even if the armor was light) (Vanilla had the Thalmor spawning with elven around level 22)
(There are mods like this but this one gives them silver swords and imperial bows before level 12 in place of hunting bow and steel also as a feature.)
