This simple mesh swap changes your female characters first person view hands to much natural and skinnier looking ones.

It's made for CBBE body and I can't be certain if it shows up seamless on any other bodies. So please let me know if you find it to be not working and would like me to make one for your body version also. The files I need are 1stpersonfemalebody_0.nif and 1stpersonfemalebody_1.nif of your version.
So far I have added for vanilla body version also.
Just to clarify - This mesh swap does not include 3rd person view files so your characters hands will look as usual on 3rd person view mode.
Also, I don't think there aren't much but any mod that changes "1stpersonfemalehands_0.nif / 1stpersonfemalehands_1.nif" files will negate the effect.

Extract, copy and paste under Skyrim/Data folder.
Does not contain Argonian female hands mesh data ):
I am sorry if you use Argonian. They use unique first person view hands mesh and this mod will not take in effect for Argonians.
Make sure to back up original files in case you want to revert back.
1stpersonfemalehands_0.nif is for low weight.
1stpersonfemalehands_1.nif for high weight.
Copy both into directly.

Hand mesh is used from CBBE 3BBB with a clear permission status.
