Try The newest version witch is high poly 1.4 also check your load order... Everytime i have installed high poly its always been a fresh install and built my install from the ground up to support nothing but high poly presets.
I'd love to use this preset but I can't get high poly head to work at all. Either the game will not launch after installing it, or when the game does launch the high poly head is not an option in racemenu.
There is a standard version instead if you can’t get High Poly Heads to work. maybe try that? Not sure why it would not work for you? Just make sure you read the install instructions really carefully. Should work fine
