Update 1.1: Added a list provided by the modding community at the end of my list.
A comprehensive list of free tools I use to create mods and art with. With this list you should be able to create masterful mods and works of art.
If anyone wants to add to the list, leave a comment or message me and I will add it.
I also added a few paid tools I use, if anyone wants to check that out.
NOTE: This is only a text file with links to the tool's download page and a brief description.
If any modders want to post their list in the comment or message me, I will add the list to the main list file with your nexus profile name as the list name (your own named list as your credit).
There are a plethora of guides online regarding how to use each tool (I only included a very few links to guides). If anyone in the modding community wants to post guides in the comments regarding the tools and how to use them or how install them etc, you are more than welcome. If I get several guides or discussion on install and usage, I will include it in my list (right now this list is more of a comprehensive list as to which tools you can use for modding skyrim, regarding free tools, and where to find them). For now, this is just the tools and where to find them for downloading.
