Woot. Ty mate. Been waiting for this one. I will test it out right now. Ty again
Edit: Works perfect for my pc. And its kinda lower end pc atm till i upgrade again. But still works great. I'm running around 100+ mods atm including CoT. 3 border mods, clockwork and a few other big mods. as well as a multitude of smaller standalone mods.
Always use this mod for the atmosphere but I added it to the Nolvus Awakening V 6.6 version and with the main mineshaft employees I can't seem to earn any gold in the safes after like 3 days of in game waiting. Not sure if I need to finish hiring staff overall and expand the mine fully or if I need to setup some sort of trade routes or soemthing
Okay, I spent way too long futzing with this mod but I figured out why I couldn't buy the deed or even use the bench. THERE IS AN INCOMPATIBLITY WITH OBIS! When it's installed it doesn't spawn the sixth bandit. There's meant to be one outside of the mine and 5 inside but with OBIS the one outside moves inside tricking you into thinking you got all of them because all of the reports specify 5 bandits inside the mine need to die. Trouble is that there's a bandit on the "inside" list that doesn't spawn with OBIS.
TLDR, OBIS is f*#@ing it up
Here's the fix: Open the console Type "prid XX065af0" but replace XX with the mods spot in the load order. Then WITHOUT CLICKING ANYTHING OR CLOSING THE CONSOLE type "kill"
Boom extra bandit dead, go talk to Tovis in Morthal
Thank you so much. Playing the Lost Legacy modpack and added winstad just to run into this issue. But for me the problem was either xx65af9 or xx65af7 that didn't spawn, maybe even both.
Hello I buy the deed, but when on workbench I can only "Reclaim bandit scrap" endlessly, it's added as an item in my inventory with 0 value and 0 weight
Edit : Ok I'm just an idiot I use the french version, but doesn't have installed the original mod...
Hello, please move the car wreck closer to RiverWood, because the non-statistic one conflicts with many mods and there is a problem and you can't get to the car wreck and start the quest
I've got a bug that I don't know how to solve. I've killed all five of the bandits inside, I've got the permit (had to do it from the console because Tovis won't talk to me), but the bench's "prepare" option only ever tells me that I need to get the permit and kill the bandits in the mine before I can begin construction.
I have. I walked through every room, no sneaking, and every single one of the five bandits that the author mentioned is dead. Nobody aggro'd on me when I went around to check. I've got five corpses on the ground, too.
I ran across a total of 6 bandits rather than what the description says of 5, going through on a fresh save. Sure enough... if the one that's usually in front of the mine entrance is inside, then there's 6 of them to kill. Still have to kill all of them.
This bug (only five bandits showed up, not the six that should have been there) reared its ugly head again, but this time I'm a little more experienced, so I decided to pop the mod open in xEdit and poke around in the CELL group - and lo and behold, I found the refIDs for all six bandits! If anyone else is experiencing this, try opening your console and doing `prid <refID>` followed by `kill` for each of the following, replacing `xx` with the mod's index in your load order: xx065af0 xx065af4 xx065af7 xx065af8 xx065af9 xx066060 That should target and kill the missing bandit, allowing you to use the deed to prepare the workbench.
Thank you very much! None of the bandits spawned for me at all and doing this actually managed to get the quest to progress even through I had tried spawning them each and killing them myself one by one like was suggest in a bug report.
Ok I need a little help either I'm stupid and just missing it somewhere but I can't figure out how to place a flag you are supposed to be able to place flags
Probably been mentioned before, but there is a small typo in the fix to the merchant not appearing to offer a permit. Here's what the fix on the front page says: "Type 'help permit', then look at the number to the left of the item 'Windstad Mine BusinessPermit and Deed'. Type in that number, put a space and then type 1. (Example: 00000f 1)" The console command should be: player.additem<space>(the number for your game)<space>1 I think the problem may be related to using the alternate start mod. I tried it on two new games and couldn't get the vendor to show up with my permit. Great mod. I really enjoy it.
Where are sawn logs supposed to end up? I keep seeing 35 Sawn Logs Added but they aren't in procurement chest, they aren't in material items chest and they aren't in inventory.
EDIT: I guess they just are. When I look at something to build, says I have 173 sawn logs :) . Now to see if i can find a clay deposit and some rock to mine :)

Although I tend to use the older, simpler version. The Walled City version seems a bit much.
