Do all ENB mods cause this issue? I was planning on using NAT.ENB III - Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel ENB 3.1.1C so I was wondering if I should install it straight away without checking if the issue exists.
In case someone will have the same question, this mod is included in the ENB mod that I mentioned, so there will be no need to download it separately.
Yea, as wSkeever said, that patch is not included, I have mistaken it for the other thing so the question still stands.
Crap, thanks for noticing it, I have mistaken it for Particle Patch for ENB... I clearly have been looking up too many different things about Skyrim mods yesterday.
Excellent. Am I safe to leave this enabled when not using an ENB? I haven't decided on one yet and it would be nice to not worry about this causing issues when I play without. One less item to manage when swapping configs.

I don't know if this mod is the cause of my issue, but it seems the skill perk tree missing the light after installing this mod
