Been wanting something like this for a while now. Skeletons should be almost impervious to arrows and tougher to kill simply because they have no flesh or organs to damage. A sword should do little although some can just slice thru bone too; arrows should just pass through etc. Maces/blunt should hurt them due to crushing bones.
Increasing the health is a simple fix for all this so very grateful for the mod.

Hi if you hunt for it there is a mod that goes through all those sorts of changes but I like to keep mods simple and Skyrim as vanilla as possible so just increased the health.

This mod already does what I wanted. No need to find another. In fact, I went into SSEdit and bumped all of this mods starting health over 300.
      Thank you again.

I like my skeletons to be weak. 1 hit or 1 arrow would shatter a old dryed up skeleton lol. I believe the Dragons are to weak as a troll puts up a better fight.

but its not about the skeleton that makes it strong or weak, its all about the power of the necromancy that animates it...

I installed this but was still one-shotting skeletons. I dug in with xEdit and found that Mortal Enemies is over-writing the changes in this mod. Since this is an ESL, I can't force it to load after mortal enemies.

I'm wondering the best way to address this. I have a number of custom merged mods - should I put the ESL in a merge that comes towards the end of my load order? If I do that, can I just remove the ESL flag?

EDIT: something weird is going on. xEdit and xEdit load with Skeletons Health disabled even though it is enabled in vortex. I have uninstalled and re-installed. I'll keep digging.

    Thanks!

If you load this mod and Mortal Enemies into SSEEdit and make Mortal Enemies a master file for this mod it will be forced to load after and the effects should take place. You could also remove the ESL flag in SSEEdit. You could change the load order manually in LOOT and Vortex should allow you to manage dependencies under the Plugins section. Hope those options help.

But this causes you to lose changes that mortal enemies does. Since you made x5 health chang to race value and not actually to enemy templates.

Skeletons Health X 5 Mortal Enemies Patch uploaded as optional files for download, requires both Skeletons Health X 5 mod and Mortal Enemies mod and forwards all changes from both mods.

There are a couple of mods out there already that make draugr stronger, just have a browse on the Nexus and play on Legendary.

    Hello...

Can you do the same with Werewolves and Chauruses? They are just pathetic.

Sometimes it's nice to be able to increase the strength of specific monsters without using a broad brush stroke.

There use to be a werewolf mod that makes werewolves a lot stronger. I have it, but I don't see it anymore . I use it in conjunction with a werewolf conjuration spell and its epic! The werewolf spell absolutely eviscerates enemy's !  Which is what you would expect to see after you conjure a werewolf to fight for you.  So it doesn't feel OP at all.

Wrye Bash is telling me this mod has an unknown plugin header format. (So not form 44 like SSE plugins are.) What gives?
