A player home in the volcanic tundra (eastmarch hold) near Eldergleam Sanctuary.
It's a small shack that can be purchased for 2500 septims
(activate the skull on the barrel right of the door)
Everything (except glass for windows and scripts) was taken from Skyrim resources.
NO DLCs REQUIRED

-> Openable shutters that let the daylight in and it's visible (if you leave them open) from the outside
