About this mod

A patch to add a male version of lucazoid's "Sparrowhawk" armor for Cerys an Craite from the Witcher 3.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
As requested by MrQuintessance, this is a male version of the Sparrowhawk Armor by lucazoid. The original mod, of course, was only for female characters because it was born from armor initially worn by the character Cerys an Craite from the Witcher 3...but I like when things match so when I decided to finally learn how to use Outfit Studio, what better practice than creating the "missing half" of armors and outfits that only existed for one or the other game body? It's been fun enough that I've even taken a few suggestions for armor that I hadn't used in my own game yet (such as this) although I warn you that I'm still quite new to the process, so if you notice any errors or areas for improvement, don't hesitate to let me know!

This is an esl-flagged patch for adto59's port of the original LE mod. In addition to adding a male version of the armor, I also built some rudimentary ground/inventory models to go with the armor as the original mod (and its port) simply repurposed vanilla assets, and I like being able to see at least an approximation of what I'm about to build or wear in my inventory!

(I've also included a cubemap that appears not to have been packaged with the original mod or its port that I'm guessing most people simply already had in their data files from other mods, since I didn't see anyone else mention it being missing, so feel free to delete the textures file in this patch if you don't think you'll need it...)

There is also a loose files version of the patch that you can download manually that contains nothing but the meshes! You will need to use the Creation Kit or SSEEdit to attach those meshes to the original mod (or wherever else you want to put them). Anyone interested is welcome to use those meshes to create a patch for the original LE version of the mod but I, alas, no longer own the original Skyrim so I cannot create such a thing myself.

You are free to make improvements and alterations to my work, and permissions for the original mod are basically wide open so feel free to use all assets stemming from both that and my work here freely -- although note that the SSE port for which this patch was built has closed permissions so you will need to ask adto59 before you can do anything with that. I strongly recommend consulting with lucazoid as well, because while they have left permissions for their mod open, it's polite to at least give people a heads-up when you're going to be doing something with their creation! Full ownership of this mod and all its patch(es) rests with lucazoid, not me. However, if you are uploading a mod that is solely an outfit modification and wish to make use of my re-formed meshes, I ask that you make this file a download requirement. This is to reduce chances that I will be accused (again) of "stealing" someone else's work because they used assets I created. If you wish to use these assets in a non-outfit mod (a follower, an overhaul, a quest, etc) you do not need to make this patch a requirement; just give credit, please!

CREDITS & THANKS:
lucazoid for the building the original mod and being generous enough to leave permissions open for the rest of us.
adto59 for making the SE port of the original mod.
Oaristys & Levionte & imAarwyn for converting the Witcher 3 assets.
CD Projekt Red for graciously allowing their creations to be used beyond their game.
MrQuintessance for drawing my attention to this charming armor in the first place.
BodySlide and Outfit Studio by Ousnius and Caliente for providing the tools I used to create this conversion.
