A reshade preset which makes Syrim SE look like a vibrant cartoon. Text is not affected.
Instructions:
1. Download ReShade 3.03
2. Install, Select SkyrimSE.exe, select DirectX 10+ (should be default)
3. Download shaders (Just select yes when prompted)
4. Download 50 Cel-Shades of Skyrim and copy "50 Cel-Shades of Skyrim.ini" to SkyrimSE.exe location
