As these are textures created by Bethesda I merely upscaled, I would say they belong to Bethesda, not myself. As Waifu2x encourages complete freedom in regards to how its software is used, I echo this sentiment. I claim no ownership over this work, and you may feel free to do whatever you wish with it. As it did take a while to do, I wouldn't mind some credit if you choose to redistribute this, but I wont hold it against you if you don't.
