When I'm looking for mods for Skyrim, I'm usually trying to find a 'better' version of the vanilla experience. So when I discovered that AI upscaling could take the original Skyrim files, make the game more crystal clear while toning down the pixel smearing, I had to find those texture mods.
Good news? I found several of them.
Bad news, they were all gigantic!
I usually use Vortex, but that usually triples the installation size, and when you have multiple texture packs, well, goodbye hard drive space. So in order to minimize mod bloat, I compiled them into one all-in-one mod, and thought I'd share it with everyone.
Short version: This mod is an all-in-one texture pack, practically every texture in the game either 'cleaned' of compression artifacts, or 2x the size and vastly more quality.
Long version: I started with files extracted from Kartoffels' Cleaned Skyrim SE Textures, and her Skyrim SE Upscaled Textures, Cubemaps & Eyes, and then upgraded with IconicDeath's Project Clarity & Retextures.
Note that I usually used the smaller 2x improvement for textures. 4x for everything is insanely huge!
Here's the order in which I prioritized the files, every mod overwriting the previous with higher quality textures.

As these are textures created by Bethesda I merely upscaled, I would say they belong to Bethesda, not myself. As Waifu2x encourages complete freedom in regards to how its software is used, I echo this sentiment. I claim no ownership over this work, and you may feel free to do whatever you wish with it. As it did take a while to do, I wouldn't mind some credit if you choose to redistribute this, but I wont hold it against you if you don't.
