Add a pair of bells with unique debuff enchantment, one for casting and another for whacking. Inspired from a certain saintess from a certain gacha game.

There isn't much to say... I made this out of boredom
Modeled entirely using vanilla mesh (goblet, candlestick, banner, steel mace)
Use custom sound (bell ringing combined with vanilla sound fx) for some actions: pickup/putdown, equip, attacking, draw/sheathe, releasing spell.
Come as a pair, one can be used like a staff, the other used as a mace. both share the same enchantment. Mace type bell can be tempered with silver ingot.
Very low base damage, but-
Unique enchantment balanced for mid and late game, might be too over-powered if obtained early:
- Stacking debuff effects with no limit. Each layer last for 2 seconds. The more layers there are, the more vulnerable enemy will be.
- Enemy's armor rating and magic resistance can be brought down to negative, intensifies incoming damage. Consecutive hits help maintain high layers of effect.

You can find them on the summit of Mount Anthor, next to the monument with a dwemer bust, near 2 chests
