I would say this removes many "Objects" from Markarth, but frankly its a crater.
This does not add things so there should be no conflicts with anything at all, if you have a conflict its not this.
Removed:
An insane amount of Rocks and debris from the mountains of Markarth, the models of them clipping together i assume cause a lot of the FPS drops found there, aside from the water, but i didn't touch the water because its a big part of Markarth.
