All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)

Quaint Home is just northeast of Riften and kind of across from the Stables, on the other side of the north main road. It's very tiny, so really
three people is too much to be wandering around inside at once. Has double bed inside, a bedroll outside in the 'back'/on the hill under a lean-to.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key on the dresser to the left of the table, doesn't respawn.
-many various containers for safe storage
-enchanting, alchemy, and cooking
-a few weapon plaques, one large weapon display for staff, a couple dagger displays, several shield racks
-one mannequin
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-one bookshelf
-a little note on the 'desk' at the foot of the bed, about Bark the dog
-shrines to zenithar, arkay, mara, kynareth, julianos
-a fair amount of idles for followers
-the window lighting does change according to weather/time, so it might get a bit dark at night inside

outside:
-key is on the chicken coop/lean-to (see images)
-crafting armor workbench, tanning rack, anvil, sharpening wheel, another cooking pot
-the knapsack and chests are safe storage
-simple unique/uniquely named, slightly-better-damage-than-vanilla hunting bow behind the little table at top of the hill.
-'stable' area for le horse
-a few mushrooms and flowers around to pick
-pretty scenery, great views
-lean-to with bedroll (follower managing mod needed)
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-three chickens and two goats, they're all essential
-a stray dog named 'Bark' who hangs around and will defend the area from bad creatures and bad people-he too, is essential.
-also features a couple dragon landing spots! For, y'know, immersion. Just in case.

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no staff enchanter, no spider-making machine, no baking oven.
