Check out latest version of this mod - COMPLETE RANDOMIZED SPAWNS https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92045

Latest Version 11 - All NPC spawns personally tested so if you ever have a crash to desktop and suspect it is this mod let me know the
last NPC spawn you saw and I will re-test but this should not occur. Make sure you run LOOT.

This mod is designed to be used with my other two Random Spawn mods (see description page for links) but will work just as well with less spawns
on its own. See uploaded images for example of some spawns. The NPCs wearing backpacks are from my mod Creation Club Backpacks for NPCs

If you enjoy the mod Endorse and leave a comment. If you have ideas for improvement am open to suggestions.

thank you:) i was wondering something; are leveled npcs in encounter zones generated when you start playing or do they jus spawn when player is close to the encounter zone?

Just this Moment in Front of me 2 Ghost crabs and 1 skeleton. I think i Know Whats does this . I Run a Mod " Ambient animals randomized spawning" and this seems to be Buggy . Creatures from this Mod are suddendly invisible / half invisible and Sometimes passive i guess. Is this issued known?

Ghost crabs? Don't think that it is this mod that is causing those issues.

Ghost crabs are a result of having unprotected sex with roaming spirits.

Such a simple concept, but such a massive difference in making the world feel alive, like something actually exists beyond player-triggered dungeon romps. Thank you!

I would like to have a mod in this fashion that literally does this for each random spawn type in the game and then simply give each encounter about a 5.5% chance to trigger so you would have multiple additional spawns that all have a chance to trigger between 4.6-5.5% (it must be lowered because there will be so many brute force spawn) , Then lower the original spawns to 4.5%  Remember there is a way of preventing the spawn from activating if it first does a check to see if there are any npcs in the given area...  This would prevent the issues with too many spawn-ins...  Hey let me know what you think of the suggestions?

PS  Great mod Thank you sooo much!

Hi read your suggestions and you could prob create that with SSEEdit or just add/remove spawns from the list in the mod to suit your preferences.

Is this similar to Extra Encounters?

Extra Encounters uses Skyrim's predator spawns, Ambient Animals Randomized Spawning uses ambient animal spawns and Prey Animals Randomized Spawning uses prey spawns. There are no compatibility issues as far as I could tell but I don't use Extra Encounters anymore.

Edit: I was able to adjust the enemy types with some simple drop menu changes in xEdit. Used some other enemy mob plugins as the master and it's to my personal tastes. Thanks again for making this mod!

I used https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6044, since it seems to have some leveled lists I could just plug in myself. Keep in mind, I've done some pretty heavy edits to that mod for my personal tastes. Mostly rebalancing and location changes.

I swapped giants and spriggans out. Still testing for now, All alikr have been replaced with more skeletons. I'm likely going to change this to reiklings later.
