Brings back the underwater grass that was removed by the author of the Cathedral Northern Grass mod because of performance reasons. I like there to be underwater grass, even though it costs me some FPS. Made a patch for Northern Cathedral Grass to bring back the grass.

NOTE: a user over on the Northern Grass mod left a comment saying the underwater grass of Northern Grass can sometimes be so big it completely covers shallow ponds. This patch simply brings back grass - the tall grass in ponds is not caused by this mod.
