This mini mod, dynamically places objects and npc in the world while playing outside (no interiors).

Explanation:
every 5 minutes (real time), the script check if player is outside.
If is true, then the script select two random references around 12.000,0 distance from the player (like 6 ugrids or exterior cells).
This references, can be rocks, trees, harvestable trees, and mini static thigs.
Then there is a 1/1000 chance that spawn an object in front of one of this references and an NPC (bandit, similar...) in front of another reference.
This dyamically "creates" or simulates mini random events, without placing markes in all the world, so is compatible with any mod that adds worldspaces like falskaar,  bruma, etc...

There are 3 Lists that you  can modify with tes5edit.
LEVELED ITEMObjetoaparicion-> Items that can spawn
LEVELED NPClistabandido->NPC that can spawn
FORMLISTReferenciaAparicion->objects (cliffs, rocks, trees, etc..) where NPC or Item can spawn.

This mini mod, with hyper low script heavy, can make a small difference, while exploring the outside.

This mod doesnt add trees or shrubs.

This mod adds NPC and/or items , where are placed rocks, trees shrubs, this is the way it works.
Also the chance to spawn an item is sooo low, the mod was planned to let
some not interesting zones or mountains, to make them actually a
surprise.

but the chance to add is so low, thats why doesnt make problems with CTD or save bloat.

Is not a typical encounter mod! is not the way that was planned.

Remember that this mod uses 3 lists that you can modify change in CK or Tes5Edit:

1 - FormList (Static objects available to spawn NPC or items (Rocks, trees, etc)).
2 - Leveled List (List of static objects to Spawn.
3 - Leveled NPC (List of NPC/Animals/Creatures) to spawn.
Remember that chance is like 0,1 % every 5 minutes of gameplay (and in a
distance like 6 cells) so you actually maybe can find 1 or 2 in 20 or 30
hours of play.

For Example if you clen the FormList and only put the PineTree, and then clear LeveledList, and Only put Deer in Leveled
NPC list.
Now the mod can only spanws deers only in front of tree pines, at 0,1% rate and in a random Pinetree on a radius of 6 cells
every 5 minutes of gameplay.

Sorry for my english, i hope that with this explanation people can understand better the behaviour.

So this mod is very customizable if you can change/edit this lists.,
remember to change or clear the list, NEVER DELETE the list itself, this
can cause CTD.
