About this mod

Applies a paralysis/ragoll effect when an enemy is below 10% health. NPCs will stay down and you can manipulate them.

Permissions and credits
Applies a paralysis effect when an NPC is below 10% health and disables the bleedout recovery effect. You can heal the NPC, open the NPC's inventory, or execute the NPC as you see fit.

Recent Changes:
Added an extra "Do Nothing" dialogue when interacting with an NPC
NPC will not get "knocked out" if in a paired animation (such as a killmove)
SetBleedoutRecovery is set to false when they get knocked out. Added a line to set this to true when they aren't.

Addition of Ragdoll version. This version changes a number of game settings to keep NPCs knocked out dealing with bleedout times. If this doesn't work, you may have a conflict with your NPC's skeleton files. Thanks to karmacritic for the insight to make it seem more natural.

Ragdoll version will no longer cause your healing to raise when you use Heal in the options.
