I just want to put this somewhere where other people can hopefully find it but you can just enable the engine level arrow weight feature from survival mode. I wanted to use this mod but I really didn't like that it doesn't correctly handle arrow weight for followers. I've dug through the survival mode mod and searched in the past to try to figure out how to pick the arrow weight feature out of survival mode. I finally stumbled upon the answer with Google here: https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/6058128-arrow-weight. I'm on 640 and I am not seeing armor warmth stats also showing up as some reported when using the engine feature. I have no reason to doubt that this mod does what it was meant to but I am sure I'm not the only one who thinks the engine implementation is preferable.

i just downloaded this. works fine. i really want arrows to weigh something, i think a person should have 20-50 arrows realistically. i think 100's of arrows is not realistic or immersive. you set the weight to 0.1 , that might be near a real weight, but this is not all about weight, its about size encumbrance how much you can carry, a person cannot comfortably carry 1,000 arrows, and just say 100 pounds of inventory.. No.. i would prefer the arrows weight 1 each , not 0.1, or something less 0.5 might be reasonable. I'm no expert modder, i can't figure out how to change the weight value from your package, if you want to respond to this comment and offers solutions that would be great. Thanks.
Also to bring this mod up to speed. I would like for the Weight to show in the Inventory picture, not just say 0. That would please me. The way it is now, is do-able. I can accept it. But I'd rather have it be complete.

This works by adding an invisible misc item to your inventory whenever you pick up arrows, and removing it whenever you drop or shoot an arrow.

The easiest way to tweak that would be to load the esp for this mod up in sseedit, found at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/164

With that, you can just change the weight of the misc item in the plugin to whatever you want.

Not sure if you are still maintaining this mod or modding Skyrim any more? If so there is another situation in which the arrow weight stays in your inventory - this is if you use the Random Alternate Start   mod - the weight of any arrows given to you in the start room is never removed from your inventory afterwards. This doesn't remove anything from your inventory by default but it puts a load of stuff into it in one go if you choose  an equipment option. You can avoid the issue by choosing the no equipment option, but would be great if this could be fixed or patched... :)

    Wanted to leave my thanks.

Have been looking for a mod like this ever since Bethesda made regular arrows in Survival Mode weightless. They originally had 0.1 weight just like you have done here.

Could you add an item in player inventory like a quiver that would represent the weight of the arrows? Just like in requiem.

Hello, were you able to put weight on the arrows and the weight appears in the inventory?
I'm not thinking how to make the weight of arrows appear in the inventory

Good mod. Ranged weapons are OP, and this nerfs them a bit. Plus this adds realism.
