Could not possibly agree more, buuut seeing as we are slightly past 2022's end, I have simply given up hope. If I had the knowledge and skill, I'd have done it myself long ago.
The black version is my favorite outfit of all time in Skyrim, and most likely will remain so - except maybe if you make a white-and-gold version in the future :D Thank you.
For what it's worth Kozakowy does see and get updates when people comment on this file as well. So giving thanks to K's hardwork and, politely, making suggestions here are all well and good.
I'm glad that you like the mod. Polingc is most probably also glad you liked the port As the guys already said, I'm always happy if someone pays me a visit at the LE side, which is my primary environment
I don't take commissions since I've got very little time to work on some new mods, and the list of my own ideas is still long If you want for example to vote for the retex colors etc. It's sometimes possible at my Patreon. Unfortunately this gown's development is currently on hold. But maybe we'll get back to it next year.
thanks so much for converting this amazing gown! I'm playing SE with an Altmer PC and it looks stunning on her. My breton in LE - not so much, she's a bit short for the style. ;-)
This would be perfect (though it might be as simple as editing the patch for the other dress' Universal Elisif Replacer in SSEDIT, I'm giving it a go and see how it turns out)
I know right? I currently have to resort to console commands to change the dress, but the Toccata Elisif replacer + this dress is absolutely stunning.
EDIT: It appears that the original mod author does not want modifications on his mod but will allow private sharing. Would you mind sharing your patch?
It was a sucess, and as easy as I thought it would be, though I ended up changing my mind during the process and giving her the black version of the 1600 Isabella de Bourbon dress (minus the tuff), sinnce she's supposed to be in mourning. It really was just a mather of opening the two dresses and Polingc's "Universal Elisif Replacer" on SSEEdit and changing the "armor refs" for the ones I wanted.
Thank you so much Polingc! your dress replacer is amazing, even someone like me who's a total noob in SSEEdit managed to choose her outfit
My set up used to be the Toccata Elisif replacer + Polingc's Universal Elisif Replacer that changed her outfit to the 1600 Isbella de Bourbon dress but the fact that her hair clipped with the tuff of the dress really bothered me and I used to have to remove it with console commands. It's one of the reasons I changed to the Elegant Queen Elisif Replacer since the hair doesn't clip in such a obvious way.

Thank you.
And here is a white gold dress from Kozakowy : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/100126?
So asking for a white gold version would make more sense on the original site, from the actual author. :)
It's always nice, going to the original author, downloading the file there, and give the original author kudos, not just the porter.
But yeah, go visit the original mod site too.
