Male orcs are quite popular, female orcs not so much. Here's an attempt at fixing this with a stunning female orc preset.

DESCRIPTION:
This is a preset based off on my own character Zaricca. This preset is in no way shape or form based on anything and is a character of my own design. She is designed to look like a somewhat young female orc, who got banished from her stronghold after refusing to marry the warchief. She is the result of an orc who has plenty of combat training, but was always beeing groomed into some day becoming the warchief's wife, thus her appearance. The burn scar on her cheek is the result of a smithing accident, because she was never good at it.
I treat my presets as actual charaters and as a result, I feel like their personality and backstory has an impact on their appearance. If I knew how to use the CK, I would have made them into followers.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your character might look slightly different, depending on what kind of mods you use. Just be wary. I have divided the mods into "required" and "recommended". The required mods you HAVE to install in order to get the preset to work, and you have to install the "recommended" mods if you want the exact look as seen in the images. All screenshots were taken with an ENB installed.

Vortex or MO2 (Highly Recommended)
Manually - Put the file into your /Skyrim Special Edition/Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets folder
There is also an optional long haired version you can install instead.
